Цель урока:
Практическая – совершенствование навыков ознакомительного чтения и развитие умения говорения.
Образовательная – приобретение знаний о стране изучаемого языка,
развитие умения работать в группе,
развитие умения осуществлять самоконтроль.
Развивающая – развитие мировоззрения, внимания, памяти, логики учащихся.
Воспитательная – формирования уважения к языку и культуре носителей языка и своей страны.
Сопутствующие задачи: контроль уровня сформированных лексических навыков по теме «Passport to Australia».

Good morning, boys and girls. I’m glad to see you today. Take your seats. Today we are going to continue discussing the topic “Passport to Australia”

Dear boys and girls you have learnt a lot about Australia. So, let’s check it. Let’s play the game “The best pupil”. Your task is to tell the words or phrases, which are connected with Australia, in turn. The person, who will tell the last word, will win. The winner is… Congratulations.

First Conditional
(первое условное наклонение) используется тогда, когда мы говорим о своих планах на настоящее или ближайшее будущее и выполнение этих планов реально.
Пример
Если у меня будет время, я посмотрю телевизор.
Образование First Conditional
В русском языке обе части предложения даются в будущем времени, в английском языке после if мы употребляем Present Simple, а во второй части предложения will + глагол в инфинитиве

Части предложения можно менять местами.

Australia.
Australia is the largest island in the world and the smallest continent. The Dutch were the first Europeans to visit Australia. Nearly 20 millions people live in Australia. The capital of the country is Canberra, this city become a capital in 1927. Canberra was specially planned as a capital. Sydney is the oldest and largest city in Australia. It was founded in 1788. Sydney is a big industrial centre.
The official language is English.
Australia is washed by the Indian ocean in the west and the Pacific ocean in the east. The country consists of 6 (six) states and 2 (two) territories.
Australian climate is dry and warm. Australia is situated in the Southern Hemisphere and that is why it has summer when we have winter. January is the hottest month in Australia.
