Objectives: Educational: - to provide PP with practice in talking about the daily routines and school life in particular; to learn to read for specific information and listen for detailed information; - to present and practice with new structure ‘before’ and ‘after’ + V+ ing. Developing: - to enable pupils to read for specific information; - to enable pupils inferring the meaning of the new words from the context ; - to enable pupils to write about their daily works; socio-cultural: - to raise awareness of practicing of reading for gist and detailed information. |

Teacher: Good morning, my learners! How are you?
Pupils: Thank you, We are fine.
Teacher: Are you ready for the lesson?

Teacher: Good! Who is on duty today?
Pupils: I’m on duty today.
Teacher: How many pupils are there in your class?
Pupil: There are 35 pupils in our class.
Teacher: How many of them are here, in this lesson?

Teacher: What date is it today?
On duty: Today is the 18th of November.
Teacher: What day is it today?
On duty: Today is the day when was accepted our National Flag.

Teacher: Today is the 18th of November of 2017 year. Today is the day that you never found any more. Today never will be return twice, second time…. That’s why we must do our works on time. Don’t think that I’ll do it next time or tomorrow… or like these. So as you know today’s our motto is:

Teacher: Now, my learners, I want to ask you one thing. Imagine you have 1 mln $ . And now answer my question .
Possible answers: -“Maybe, I would buy a car, a large house for
my family.”
- “Maybe, I would want to manifold it twice or three times… Therefore I would spend it for business works.”
-“ Maybe, I would spend it for studying abroad.”

Teacher: Good job! I like your words…Here, how kinds of youth we need. We need the youth who has exact purpose, exact plans for the future….like you.
Teacher: Therefore our president planned what to do in the future like you and work on the priority areas of Uzbekistan’s development strategy. How many are there priority areas of Uzbekistan’s development strategy for 2017-2021s?
Pupil : You know, there are five priority areas of Uzbekistan’s development strategy for 2017-2021s.
Teacher: What are they?
Pupil 1: Priority areas for improving the system of state and public construction.
Pupil 2: Priority areas for ensuring the rule of law and further reforming the judicial system.
Pupil 3: Priority areas of economic development and liberalization.
Pupil 4: Priority areas of development of social sphere.
Pupil 5: Priority areas in the field of security, inter-ethnic harmony and religious tolerance, as well as the implementation of balanced, mutually beneficial and constructive, foreign policy.
Teacher: Now, we are divided into three groups;

Teacher: And each groups will have their own “Hill of knowledge”, doing perfectly each activity their will climb to the top step by step. Ok.
3. The revision of previous themes
Teacher: You know, We learnt about communications, the world of work and education in the previous units. Now I spread you a sheet of paper. There are some figures in it. And you must fill them with the new words and word combinations which we learnt in previous lessons. You will be given a minut to do it. Ok, if you ready, Let’s begin.
Teacher: Now. My learners, we play new activity. It’s called “Let’s Talk!” In this activity first of all you need to find a question by rolling your die twice. The 1st roll determines the number on the top. The 2nd roll determines the number on the left. Talk for one/ two minute(s) about that topic. Your classmates will ask you follow-up questions. Your classmates can ask you anything if you land on “Ask any question”. Understand?

Teacher: Ok. Now We need one voluntary of each group. Then
we can begin. (Pupils must choose voluntaries)
Teacher: Are you ready. Ok. Let’s begin.
Voluntaries choose a topic by rolling a die.

5.Consolidation of the new theme
Teacher: Now, we must do activity “Sun is shining”. In this activity we must put the sentences in order using new structure “Before/ after + V + ing ” following the text which you read and translate.
