Тема: Описание погоды. Диалоги.

Цель: формирование навыков диалогической речи; повторение грамматического материала.

Задачи:

Образовательная: формировать умения составлять диалоги на тему «Погода».

Развивающая: развивать навыки устной , диалогической речи.

Воспитательная: воспитывать интерес к изучению английского языка

Практическая: формировать умение воспринимать на слух текст диалогического характера, умения составлять диалоги.

Ход занятия

Организационный момент

Good afternoon, dear boys and girls! I’m glad to see you. How are you? Who is absent?

Фонетическая зарядка

What…what is…weather…the weather…what is the weather…What is the weather like?

Речевая разминка

Whether the weather be fine
Or whether the weather be not.
Whether the weather be cold
Or whether the weather be not.
We will walk together.
Whatever the weather
Whether we like it or not

Запись на доске ewtaehr. Put the letters in the correct order and guess the word . Who is ready to write it on the blackboard? Who can write the word ? Правильный ответ один из учащихся записывает на доске –weather. Today we will talk about the weather.

Основная часть

Today we will talk about the seasons and weather. Let’s remember - what the weather can be? Повторение лексики по теме «Погода».

And now let’s remember the phrases we usually use to talk about the weather. Can you tell me these phrases? Учащиеся вспоминают и называют ранее изученные фразы по теме погода. Затем учитель показывает и называет новые выражения, а дети повторяет хором и индивидуально.

Дети читают и переводят следующие диалоги:

A: What’s the weather like today?
B: The weather is fine. It’s warm and sunny.
A: Let’s go for a walk.
B: Good idea.

2.
A: What’s the temperature today?
B: It’s sixteen degrees above zero.

3.
A: It’s frosty today.
B: Yes, indeed. It’s eleven degrees below zero.

4.
A: It’s cold outside, isn’t it?
B: Yes, and windy too.
A: Too bad.

5.
A: Looks like rain.
B: A am afraid so. In such weather I prefer to stay at home.

6.
A: It is beautiful morning, isn’t it?
B: Yes, it is. There isn’t a cloud in the sky and the sun is shining brightly. I am afraid it may be hot in the afternoon.

7.
A: What an awful day today! I hate t when it rains.
B: So do I. Do you know the weather forecast for tomorrow?
A: No change for the better. Cold and rainy in the morning and windy in the afternoon.

8.
A: What is the temperature outside?
B: I’ve just heard it over the radio. It is 18 degrees now. The temperature may rise to 30° C (thirty degrees centigrade) in the afternoon. As for me it’s all right. I like when it is hot.
A: Not me. I hate when it’s hot.

После прочтения учащиеся составляют собственные диалоги в парах, зачитывают их.

Well done! And now let’s talk about the seasons. What seasons do you know? Ответы учащихся.
